Pay online. Abiaconnect holds the funds for that order
Follow delivery. Each shop has its own 6-digit code
Inspect the goods first. Then confirm on your dashboard, or give that shop its code
Rate the shop and the product
For sellers
Pay the one-time registration fee and complete your store profile
Use clear photos and an accurate description
Send abiaconnect.store/stores/your-shop to customers
When payment is confirmed, dispatch the goods and update tracking
After the buyer confirms — or you enter that shop code — and no dispute is open, we transfer the seller payout to the bank account saved for that shop

How payment protection works
Payment is collected online. Abiaconnect holds the funds for that order.
The seller dispatches to the agreed address or park. The funds remain held.
The buyer inspects the goods, then confirms or releases that shop code. If no dispute is open, we transfer the seller payout to the bank account saved for that shop.
About the platform fee. The platform fee pays for Abiaconnect's payment protection. It lets us hold the buyer's money until the goods are confirmed, and step in to settle a dispute fairly if something goes wrong. The fee is split equally between buyer and seller, so both sides share the cost and both are covered.
Disputes. If a dispute is opened, Abiaconnect may review the conversation between the buyer and the seller about that order.
Outside the platform. Abiaconnect Store is not responsible for any transaction, payment or delivery arranged or completed outside the platform. Payment protection, held payments and dispute resolution apply only to orders paid for through Abiaconnect. Keep all payments and order conversations on Abiaconnect.
