If you are a small retailer selling out of your living room or a market bag, or you simply have one phone, one laptop or one bag of clothes to sell, you don't need a physical store, a signboard or capital for rent to start — you need an Abiaconnect shop link. Buyers meet approved sellers from every state in one place. You are not limited to one city, one market stall, or the handful of people who follow your WhatsApp status.

Unlike informal WhatsApp or social media sales, payment does not go straight to the seller. When a buyer pays, Abiaconnect holds the funds for that order. Each shop on the order has its own 6-digit delivery code. The buyer keeps the code private until they have inspected the goods, then confirms on their dashboard, or gives that shop its code only when satisfied. If there is no open dispute, we transfer the seller payout for that order to the bank account saved for that shop.

If the goods are wrong or missing, the buyer can open a dispute before confirming. The funds stay held until our team reviews the case. That is the difference: protection for the buyer, automatic payout for the seller, and a written record for both — the exact things a random DM sale on social media cannot give you.

Sellers pay a one-time registration fee, open a professional shop, and receive a public link they can share. From one dashboard they manage products, orders, stock and customer messages. After a successful confirmation, payout is automatic. There is no need to chase the buyer for a bank transfer, and no need to wonder if a transfer alert was faked.

Trading outside Abiaconnect — a straight bank transfer, a WhatsApp "send first, I'll ship after" deal, or a sale arranged through a social media comment section — means giving up every one of these protections. There is no held payment, no delivery code, and no dispute team to step in if a buyer sends fake payment evidence or a seller collects money and disappears.
